Birth Preparation Session
Virtual · 2 hours · $300
Dedicated time to talk through your questions, explore birth options, prepare for conversations with your care team, and think about what matters most to you. Available as a standalone session or a starting point for additional support.
Individual Sessions
Virtual · 60 minutes · $150 per session
Choose a prenatal session, postpartum session, or lactation education session based on what you need right now. We'll focus on your questions, circumstances, and priorities without assuming there's one right way to approach pregnancy, birth, or feeding.

Through South Coastal Doula Services, I provide in-person birth doula support to families throughout Greater Boston, the South Shore, the South Coast, and Cape Cod.

Sliding-scale rates of $2,200 and $2,800 are also available. All three rates include the same support and care.
In-Person Doula Support

Through South Coastal Doula Services, I offer in-person birth doula support to families throughout the region. If you're living with diabetes and interested in working together in person, reach out to discuss your location, needs, and availability.
Comprehensive Birth Support · $2,500 sustaining rate

All three rates include the same support and care. The Supported rate offers more financial flexibility, while the Community rate helps make that flexibility possible for other families.
In-person individual sessions:
Birth preparation · 2 hours: $350
Prenatal session · 60 minutes: $250
Postpartum session · 60 minutes: $250
Lactation education · 60 minutes: $175
In-person availability for diabetes clients is discussed individually, based on location and availability.
How the sliding scale works
I offer three rates for Comprehensive Birth Support to make room for different financial circumstances. You can choose the rate that best fits your situation.
Supported rate
For those who need more financial flexibility because of their income, expenses, or current circumstances. You don't need to explain or justify your choice.
Sustaining rate
My standard rate. It reflects the time, preparation, availability, and care involved in supporting you throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Community rate
For those with more financial flexibility who would like to contribute toward making the Supported rate accessible to other families.
All three rates include the same support, time, attention, and care. Choosing a lower rate doesn't mean receiving less support, and choosing a higher rate is simply one way to help sustain this model of care.
If cost is a concern, you're welcome to bring that into our conversation. We can talk about payment plans and what may be possible without judgment.
For Comprehensive Birth Support, a 50% deposit is due when we sign the agreement, with the remaining balance due by 36 weeks of pregnancy. If you book at 36 weeks or later, the full balance is due at signing unless we agree otherwise. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment plans are available for Comprehensive Birth Support.
