1. Our Offerings

The Diabetes Doula provides virtual doula support, diabetes-focused wellness coaching, yoga and meditation resources, lactation education, educational content, newsletters, podcasts, and a peer-support community (“The Garden”). Services are offered globally and include both free and paid options.

2. Who This Is For

This space is open to all individuals impacted by diabetes, with a particular focus on supporting women and marginalized genders. You must be at least 18 years old to access coaching or group services.

All individuals are welcome, regardless of race, gender identity, sexuality, disability status, body size, or background. This is a body-positive, trauma-informed, and affirming space.

3. Not Medical Care

The content provided—including coaching, blogs, podcasts, meditations, and community discussions—is for educational and informational purposes only.

It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to medications, treatments, or wellness routines.

4. Payment & Refunds

Pricing and payment terms are shared prior to booking. Refunds are not available for services already delivered. For group programs or memberships, cancellation policies will be clearly stated during registration.

5. Community Agreements

By participating in any group offerings (including The Garden), you agree to uphold a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space. This includes:

Honoring confidentiality

Respecting others’ lived experiences

Using inclusive language

Avoiding harm, including medical or dietary advice to others

The Diabetes Doula reserves the right to remove participants who violate these agreements or create an unsafe environment.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All materials shared on this website and through services—including coaching materials, writings, meditations, and audio—are the property of The Diabetes Doula unless otherwise credited. These may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

7. Your Privacy

Email addresses collected via newsletter signup (hosted on Substack) and health intake forms (for private services) are handled with respect and confidentiality. Your information is never sold or shared without your consent. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. External Links
